About this role
Product Portfolio Leader:
This is a senior leadership opportunity, with ownership extending beyond roadmap management into product strategy, customer experience, business outcomes, team building and cross-functional leadership.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to scale the existing Product organisation and grow into the overall Head of Product role.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for FD and Bonds.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and success metrics.
- Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement and retention.
- Translate consumer insights into scalable product solutions.
- Balance customer experience, commercial outcomes, technology and regulatory requirements.
FD Product:
- Own the complete FD journey - discovery, comparison, onboarding, KYC, investment, servicing, maturity and renewal.
- Simplify complex financial products for retail consumers.
- Improve product discovery and conversion.
- Work with banking/NBFC partners to improve product availability and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer wallet share.
Bonds / Fixed Income:
- Build and scale the consumer proposition for Bonds and fixed-income products.
- Make bond discovery, evaluation and investment simple and transparent.
- Develop products based on consumer risk appetite and investment behaviour.
- Work closely with Business, Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal.
Consumer Growth:
- Use data, research and experimentation to improve customer journeys.
- Own key product and business metrics.
- Drive product-led growth and improve conversion and retention.
- Develop a strong understanding of consumer financial behaviour.
Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and develop Product Managers.
- Build strong product discovery and prioritisation practices.
- Partner closely with Founders and senior leadership.
- Help scale the Product organisation.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10 - 15 years of Product experience.
- Strong B2C / consumer product background.
- Experience building and scaling products with significant consumer adoption.
- Strong product strategy and execution experience.
- Proven ability to own business outcomes, not just product delivery.
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers.
- Strong analytical and commercial orientation.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
