About the Role:
We are hiring a Product & Policy Manager for SIDBI, based in Mumbai. This role involves leading end-to-end product lifecycle management for MSME/SME/Mid-Corporate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for MSME/SME/Mid-Corporate products, from concept, design, and launch to scaling and lifecycle optimization.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to develop and enhance products, schemes, pricing, features, and customer journeys.
- Own product strategy, rollout, adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, policy circulars, SOPs, process flows, and obtain approvals from Risk, Compliance, Legal, and relevant committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, success metrics, adoption targets, and business impact.
- Track product performance using MIS, dashboards, customer adoption, profitability, portfolio quality, and risk metrics, and recommend enhancements.
- Drive product adoption through marketing initiatives, sales enablement, training programs, customer campaigns, and partner engagement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure seamless product delivery across digital and branch channels.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM or certification in Product Management/Business Analysis will be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Policy, Business Development, or Credit roles within Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, or FinTechs.
- Experience in MSME/SME/Mid-Corporate lending products is preferred.
- Exposure to credit products, refinance/line of credit, guarantee schemes, or government/multilateral programmes will be an advantage.
