Job Title: Product Owner / Business Analyst - Banking & Cards Domain

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking and Cards domain. The ideal candidate should have experience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, and driving product delivery for banking and payment card solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to define product roadmaps and priorities.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, UAT, product demos, and release activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of banking and card-related products and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Banking, Payments, Cards, Issuing, Acquiring, or Merchant Solutions.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of user stories, backlog management, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Payments, or Core Banking platforms.
• Exposure to payment processing and card lifecycle management.
• Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Banking and Cards domain experience.
• Willingness to work from Chennai office (5 days a week).

Notice Period: Preferred Immediate to 30 Days.
