•       Act as the technical product owner for assigned digital journeys and capabilities, bridging business intent, customer experience, solution architecture and engineering delivery.
•       Own end-to-end solutioning for features, including system interactions, API contracts, orchestration logic, data flows, security controls, failure handling and operational readiness.
•       Translate business, customer, operational and regulatory requirements into technically complete epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering squads can build with minimal ambiguity.
•       Drive API-first and reusable platform thinking across Sigma while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance expectations, product KPIs and delivery timelines.

Solutioning and Technical Design

•       Lead functional and technical solutioning workshops with product, architecture, engineering, information security, data, operations, compliance and partner teams.
•       Decompose journeys into channel, orchestration, integration, system-of-record, data and operational components; document sequence flows, decision logic, dependencies and ownership.
•       Evaluate solution options and trade-offs across customer experience, reuse, scalability, latency, resilience, implementation complexity, security and cost.
•       Create and maintain solution artefacts such as context diagrams, process flows, sequence diagrams, interface maps, data mappings, decision tables and solution notes.
•       Identify upstream and downstream impacts early, including changes required across API gateway, middleware, core systems, third-party platforms, analytics and operational processes.
•       Partner with solution architects and engineering leads to validate feasibility and ensure the approved solution is reflected consistently in requirements and backlog items.
