Product Owner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, test, and deliver new products or enhancements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Ensure effective communication of product plans and progress to stakeholders through regular reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products or features that drive revenue growth or improve customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and ability to work effectively in an iterative development environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
