Project Role Description :Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. You spend time aligning project goals with business objectives, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that the product vision is clearly understood and executed. Your role requires balancing priorities, managing backlogs, and making informed decisions that drive product success. You actively participate in planning sessions, review progress, and adapt strategies to meet evolving requirements, fostering a productive and cohesive environment for all involved parties.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business units to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

- Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication techniques.
