Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end system requirements, develop user journeys, mind maps, and process flows to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Create clear, INVEST-based user stories and acceptance criteria (using Gherkin), manage the product backlog, and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, stakeholders) to translate business needs into actionable specifications and support pre-sales activities, demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements using collaboration platforms and drive continuous improvement of product delivery practices.
