Product Owner

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Role: Product Owner – Healthcare / Medicaid We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong technical background to lead product development initiatives in the healthcare technology space. Key Requirements Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in Product Ownership / Product Management. Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, architecture, APIs, databases, Agile/Scrum, and modern web technologies. Domain: Healthcare domain experience is required; Medicaid experience is highly advantageous. Strong ability to translate business requirements into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product roadmaps. Experience working closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, business stakeholders, and customers. Ability to understand complex healthcare processes, integrations, data flows, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with US Healthcare / State Medicaid / Government Healthcare programs will be a significant advantage. Preferred Experience with Medicaid eligibility, claims, MCO, HHS, or other healthcare government systems. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or APIs. Experience working with rules/workflow engines and enterprise healthcare platforms. Prior experience working with US-based healthcare clients or State Government agencies.
