Role Summary
Seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical execution, drive requirement clarity, coordinate teams, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage/prioritize the backlog.
• Coordinate with Data/Operations teams for data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, API/data flow requirements, and user guides.
• Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between business, operations, and technical teams.
• Conduct requirement refinement and support Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with User Stories, Agile, JIRA, Figma, and project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable requirements.

Preferred

• Accounting/Finance domain experience.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
