Role Summary The Product Owner will maximise value delivered by Agile Scrum teams through effective product ownership, stakeholder engagement and outcome-focused delivery. The role acts as the voice of the client, translating business needs into clear user stories and prioritised product outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate backlog refinement, requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Act as the voice of the customer and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, Design and Delivery teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Stand-ups and Retrospectives.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria and deliver measurable business value.
• Use product metrics, analytics and stakeholder feedback to support prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Support product discovery, user research, customer journeys and user-centred design.
• Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders across business and technology teams. Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a

Product Owner / Product Analyst in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Strong experience in

backlog management, prioritisation, user stories, epics and acceptance criteria .

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience working closely with software engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to

.NET, Java, Python, APIs, integrations or cloud technologies .

• Experience with

Microsoft Azure and/or AWS .

• Understanding of UX/UI, customer journeys and user-centred design.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritisation.
• Strong documentation, organisation and decision-making skills. Desirable
• Experience in

Insurance, Claims, Legal or Professional Services .

• Exposure to

DevOps, workflow/case management platforms or digital transformation .

• Experience working across multiple business units or international regions.
• Product discovery, user research or Design Thinking experience.
• Certifications such as

PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, PSM, Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner . Ideal Candidate
