Purpose

Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Product Owner for Workplace Data Services including Intranet, SharePoint, Search, Data stewardship & more as directed.
• Define & own the product vision, strategy, & multi-year roadmap
• Establish business outcomes, success metrics, & adoption targets.
• Develop & drive innovation across the services. Champion continuous improvement & maturity across the services.
• Prioritize initiatives based on NAB strategy, customer needs, business value, regulatory & risk.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships & represent Workplace in senior forums & decision-making bodies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, & regulatory requirements.
• Define & maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, & controls for unstructured content.
• Act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution & risk mitigation.
• Monitor analytics & continuously optimize the services based on data-driven insights
• Establish & maintain enterprise knowledge management practices. Drive content lifecycle management, review processes, archiving, retention, & ownership models.
• Promote communities of practice & knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
• Drive the supporting squad delivery alongside the roadmap
• Drive business adoption & compliance
• Manage Data Stewardship for Workplace Technology

• Technology Expertise: Strong underst&ing of tech platforms & digital transformation: Information architecture, governance & compliance, SharePoint Online & M365, Enterprise Search & Copilot, Data & analytics

Qualification Requirements

• Tertiary qualified with a Degree in information technology or similar technology experience
