Product Owner - Weighing and Dispensing

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner - Weighing and Dispensing (W& D) to manage product strategy, roadmap, application lifecycle, compliance, vendor management, and operational performance across a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own W& D product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Siemens Opcenter and Tulip W& D capabilities.
• Ensure application reliability, availability, compliance, and performance.
• Manage product enhancements, releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital, and IT teams.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and service delivery.
• Support GxP compliance, validation, audits, and inspection readiness
• Drive digital manufacturing transformation and separation/takeover initiatives.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Manufacturing Systems, MES, Digital Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of Weighing & Dispensing processes.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter or equivalent MES platforms.
• Experience in regulated/GxP manufacturing environments.
• Product Owner/Product Management experience with roadmap and stakeholder management.
• Experience with vendor management and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ERP/MES integrations, manufacturing data, and shop-floor processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in global, multi-site manufacturing environments and digital transformation initiatives.
