Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst

Credit Card domain, Us-banking experience, FRD/BRD, Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, architecture, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility analysis for proposed solutions.
• Ensure delivered features meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes using relevant KPIs.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other functional documentation.
• Mentor business analysts and contribute to improving BA and product management practices.
