Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Domain knowledge of FinTech, Capital Markets, Trade Surveillance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or Data Analytics products.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or automation-driven product features (e.g., LLM-based workflows, RPA, or predictive analytics).
- Proven ability to translate product vision and stakeholder requirements into well-structured, actionable features and user stories.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and design teams in agile delivery settings
- Demonstrated success managing product increments from definition through deployment and customer feedback.
Job Responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management practices. + Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar agile collaboration tools. + Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements clearly, supported by testable acceptance criteria. + Technical fluency in APIs, SQL, and data structures to support effective collaboration with development teams. + Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. + Experience working with CI/CD, DevOps, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies. + Preferred: Familiarity with the AI product lifecycle, prompt engineering concepts, and ethical AI considerations..
