Product Owner-Infrastructure

Three P0 criteria Eshwarya screens for in every interview:

1.  Launched an internal platform from 0 to 1 (or meaningfully scaled an existing one) with proven adoption

2.  Established a self-service operating model: clear ownership boundaries between product team and consumers

3.  Hands-on SLA/SLO/SLI knowledge: understands breach thresholds, runbooks, and incident response
