Role Expectations:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap. Ensure alignment with stakeholders and translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and reflects the needs of the business and users. Continuously refine and prioritize user stories based on feedback and changing priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements, validate concepts, and gather feedback on product features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distributed development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, provide clarifications, and facilitate communication across different locations.
• Sprint Planning & Review: Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that development teams are focused on delivering value in each iteration.
• User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research, analyzing data, and leveraging user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Performance Metrics: Define success metrics for the product, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and concise documentation of product requirements, user stories, and design specifications. Foster effective communication within the team and across departments.
• Work with a senior PO: establish a good working model and deliver the committed outcomes.
• Engage & drive the team: Engage the team in sprint deliverables, ensure product is built with quality, employ early validation processes and deliver sprint outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a distributed team environment.
• Experience in buidling IoT application, driving end to end solutions.
• Experience in Embedded technology, automotive domain.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and experience with backlog management in a scaled environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience with user research methods and a strong focus on user experience and usability.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
