We are looking for a Product owner with Extensive experience of Financial market/Capital market.

Role Overview

• End-to-End Product Ownership & Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into actionable user stories and ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and co-located teams.
• User Story Definition & Value-Driven Backlog Management: Partnered with developers, product owners, and customers to shape features, craft clear user stories, and prioritize a high-impact backlog aligned with business value.
• Architecture Collaboration & Solution Alignment: Work closely with product and technical SMEs to design scalable solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Release Planning: Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to finalize release scope, streamline release management, and ensure delivery outcomes met expectations.
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance and acts as a mentor for peers with less experience
  
  
• Functional Knowledge
• Requires understanding of Securities Lending and Borrowing business.
• Understanding of capital market concepts including trade life cycle, etc.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
• Experience working in Agile model in coordination with squads
• Qualifications
• 8+ years of product owner & management experience or related experience in financial services, wealth management, lending platforms, securities processing, or similar complex environments.
• Experience and Exposure to working under Agile model of SDLC including leading the Agile squads.
