- Gather, prioritize, and communicate market, stakeholder, and system requirements
- Own backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability
- Guide teams, resolve conflicts, and enable execution clarity
- Manage Agile practices for requirements and product definition
- Use metrics and customer feedback to drive prioritization and releases
- Support rollout activities (training, presentations, workshops)
- Align feature development with platform strategy and reuse principles
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent
- 12–15 years experience
- Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making ability
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in requirements engineering, product lifecycle management, and regulated environments
- Continuous learning mindset
