Product Owner / Business Analyst who can translate business ideas into exceptional digital products. You'll work directly with the founder, engineering team, designers, and AI specialists to shape the product roadmap and deliver features that create real value for users. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing business strategy with stakeholders and technical implementation with engineers. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy

• Collaborate with the founder to define product vision and roadmap
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Identify customer pain points and business opportunities
• Define product success metrics and KPIs
• Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact Business Analysis
• Gather and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Produce Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Document business rules and edge cases
• Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements Product Ownership
• Own and manage the product backlog
• Prioritize features for each sprint
• Work closely with developers during implementation
• Clarify requirements throughout development
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable solutions
• Understand APIs, integrations, databases, and system architecture
• Review technical proposals and challenge assumptions where appropriate
• Assist in defining API contracts and integration requirements
• Support solution design discussions with developers User Experience
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
• Define end-to-end user journeys
• Improve usability through customer feedback
• Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive experiences AI Product Development
• Translate AI capabilities into practical product features
• Help define AI-assisted user experiences
• Work with engineering teams on AI-driven workflows
• Evaluate opportunities for automation and intelligent recommendations Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience writing high-quality requirements and user stories
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of SaaS product development
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication, and system integrations
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills Technical Knowledge The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of:
• Modern web applications and software architecture
• REST APIs and system integrations
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud-based applications
• AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agile delivery practices
• Data-driven product development You won't be expected to write production code, but you should be technically confident enough to challenge assumptions, understand implementation approaches, and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Nice to Have
• Experience working on AI-powered products
• Experience with HR Tech, Career Tech, EdTech, or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with user analytics and product metrics
• Experience creating wireframes using Figma or similar tools
• Understanding of AI prompt design and conversational experiences
