Product Operations & QA Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party vendors/service providers regarding product issues, integration issues, requirements, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to identify, understand, document, and track product bugs and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand operational and product-related challenges and help drive them towards resolution.
• Perform manual testing of internal platforms, applications, workflows, and new features.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and report bugs with clear steps and relevant details.
• Perform functional and regression testing after fixes or new feature releases.
• Analyse product/process data and prepare regular reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
• Track open issues, requirements, dependencies, and their resolution status.
• Support the Product Manager in requirement analysis, testing, release validation, and product-related activities.
• Understand existing product workflows and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, test cases, observations, and requirements.
• Follow up proactively with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of issues.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and analyse product workflows.
• Basic understanding of software applications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to identify issues by analysing different scenarios and user journeys.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers / recent graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with good communication skills and strong analytical/logical thinking will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with both internal teams and external/third-party vendors.
