We're looking for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, enjoys building products, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with company leadership to help shape two products that are disrupting the recruiting industry.

About the Role This role combines project management, customer implementation, product operations, and AI-assisted product development.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple product and customer implementation projects simultaneously.
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and commitments across development, leadership, and customers.
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule and proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
• Coordinating customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Running project status meetings and following up relentlessly on action items.
• Working directly with our development team to prioritize enhancements and customer requests.
• Using AI development tools (including "Scott") to help build and enhance our platforms through natural-language prompting.
• Testing new functionality before customer release.
• Documenting requirements, workflows, and implementation processes.
• Helping improve our onboarding experience as our customer base continues to grow.
• Continuously looking for ways to make our products and internal processes better.

• Software or SaaS environments Experience with software development is helpful but not required. If you've never written code but are excited about AI-assisted development, that's perfectly okay. Our development platform allows you to build functionality using conversational prompts rather than traditional programming. If you're naturally curious, organized, and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
