Product Operations Lead

This is primarily a Product + Operations + Analytics role in an E-commerce/Fintech environment. The person should be able to work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Payments, Supply Chain and external partners.

Requirements:

Candidate should ideally have experience in:

• Strategic projects: market expansion, new business initiatives, special projects.
• Payments and refunds: payment success, refunds, payment gateways.
• Growth experiments: acquisition, retention, segmentation, campaigns.
• Cross-functional coordination: Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, external partners.
• E-commerce problem-solving: returns, NPS, logistics delays, supply-chain issues.
• Data analysis: Excel/Sheets and preferably SQL.
• Managing multiple workstreams with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Mandatory Skills: Skill Priority: Fintech / E-commerce Mandatory; Payments Mandatory; Product Mandatory; Solution Engineering Mandatory; SQL Mandatory.
