Product Operations / Implementation Manager (E-commerce & SaaS)

The role focuses on managing and optimizing product operations, e-commerce systems, integrations, Building features and workflow automation across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing Zoho CRM and automation workflows
• Working on guided bots / AI bots and customer interaction processes
• Monitoring web analytics including heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings
• Feature prioritisation (Important)
• Improving website UX, bounce rates, and page performance
• Managing Shopify POS and backend operations
• Handling inventory synchronization and OMS operations through platforms like EasyEcom
• Coordinating third-party integrations including logistics, payment systems, and external platforms
• Driving workflow improvements and ensuring smooth coordination between business, operations, and technical teams Preferred Skills :
• Experience with Shopify, Zoho CRM, and OMS platforms
• Understanding of workflows, automation, and process optimization
• Knowledge of inventory and backend operations
• Familiarity with analytics and customer behaviour tools
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to APIs and system integrations would be an added advantage The candidate should be available to support the team during critical business requirements, including weekends, sales launches, or festive periods. In situations where urgent website updates or changes are required, timely assistance and coordination will be expected. Experience: 3–5 Years
