Product Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Product Operations professional to test and validate experiments, funnels, and user journeys across Traya's Android and iOS app, and website. This role focuses on ensuring that all launches, experiments, and tracking work correctly from a business and customer experience perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Experiment and A/B Test Validation.
• Validate experiments across the app and web.
• Ensure correct user experience, pricing, and journeys.
• Funnel and Event Tracking Validation.
• Test end-to-end funnels like form fill, checkout, and booking.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years' experience OR freshers with any of the following degrees or certifications:

• Educational Background: B. Tech / BE (any stream); BCA / BSc IT / Computer Science.
• Preferred Certifications: Software Testing Certification, ISTQB Foundation Certification.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Logical and structured thinking.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, websites, and Excel.
• Interest in Product, Growth, Analytics, or QA.
