Product Marketing Specialist - B2B SaaS/AI

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing AI-led SaaS business. This is an individual contributor role for someone who can independently drive product positioning, messaging, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions for different customer segments.

- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches for new products and features.

- Work closely with the Product, Sales and Growth teams to translate product capabilities into strong customer-facing narratives.

- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify insights and differentiation opportunities.

- Create and manage product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, sales presentations, case studies, product one-pagers and website content.

- Support the Sales team with relevant product messaging and sales enablement content.

- Develop customer personas and understand buyer journeys to improve product communication and adoption.

- Track market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM, B2B SaaS Marketing or Strategic Marketing.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Enterprise Technology, Contact Center or Conversational AI would be preferred.

- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, customer personas and GTM.

- Ability to simplify complex product capabilities into compelling customer stories.

- Strong research, storytelling, communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and independently driving initiatives.
