Product Marketing Owner to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping product positioning, defining customer value propositions, and driving go-to-market strategies for SolarSquare’s residential solar offerings. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Growth teams to translate product capabilities into compelling customer messaging and impactful marketing initiatives that drive adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for residential solar solutions.
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and product-focused customer engagement campaigns.
- Track campaign and product performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Support pricing, packaging, and customer communication strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product roadmap decisions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of technology products, software development processes, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience in successful go-to-market execution and product adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Prior experience in energy, clean-tech, SaaS, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
