About Aivar Aivar builds a portfolio of enterprise AI accelerators — Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent — that help large organizations move from AI ambition to production impact. We sell into complex, multi-persona buying committees across long, considered purchase cycles, which means our marketing must earn credibility with technical, economic, and end-user buyers alike. We are building brand momentum in a fast-moving category, and marketing sits at the center of that effort.
The Role This is the strategic hub of our marketing. You own how Aivar's industry leading accelerators are positioned and understood in the market — the narrative, the messaging, and the proof — and you turn that into the assets that move deals: accelerator pages, sales enablement, launch materials, and competitive positioning. The collateral is the output; the thinking behind it is the job. You will partner closely with the Senior Director (who owns overall brand strategy), with product and engineering to translate capability into buyer value, and with sales to sharpen what actually lands in enterprise conversations.
What You'll Own Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and own positioning and messaging for the Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent accelerators, tailored by buyer persona and vertical.
- Translate technical capability into clear, differentiated business value for technical, economic, and end-user buyers within the committee.
- Continuously evolve messaging based on what resonates in live sales conversations and customer feedback.
Sales Enablement
- Build enablement that sellers can run independently: pitch narratives, one-pagers, decks, videos, objection-handling guides, battlecards, and ROI framing.
- Partner with sales to refine pitch tracks and strengthen deal positioning across long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
Content & Launches
- Own accelerator pages and core marketing collateral end-to-end — you write the substance, and brief design and web partners to produce and ship it.
- Drive product and feature launches: messaging, materials, internal readiness, and go-to-market coordination.
- Produce proof points — case studies, POVs, and thought leadership — that establish Aivar's credibility in the category.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain a sharp point of view on the competitive landscape, buyer priorities, and where Aivar wins.
- Feed market insight back into positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
- Enterprise Platform/ SaaS background. 4+ years in product marketing for B2B enterprise software — ideally AI, data platforms, or other complex technical products. You understand multi-stakeholder buying and long sales cycles.
- US market experience. Direct experience marketing to US enterprise buyers is a plus, with a strong sense of how positioning and messaging land in that market.
- Partner ecosystem awareness. Experience or familiarity with technology partner programs — AWS, Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar — and how co-marketing and partner credibility shape enterprise go-to-market.
- Strong writer and operator. You produce polished, near-publication-ready messaging, decks, and long-form content yourself — not only by briefing others.
- Product fluency. You can get technical enough to understand how the product actually works and why our approach matters, then make it legible to buyers.
- Sales partnership instinct. You are comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers, not in a siloed marketing function.
- AI-native ways of working. You already use AI tooling to research, draft, and move faster, and you are eager to push that further.
- Field-friendly. Comfort supporting field activity — creating content for roundtables, sponsored events, and executive engagements, and helping execute them — is an advantage on a lean team where field is shared.
