Role: Product Marketing & Growth Strategist
Location: Nelamangala, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and value proposition.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Drive customer acquisition and growth across workshops, fleets, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Build sales enablement assets, marketing collateral, and launch plans.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Operations and Leadership to improve product adoption.
- Track marketing performance through data and continuously optimize growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 10 years in Product Marketing, Growth, GTM Strategy or Strategic Marketing.
- Experience in B2B technology, mobility tech, connected vehicles, IoT or SaaS.
- Strong analytical, customer-centric and commercial mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience launching new products or building new business lines.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
