Growth Product Marketing Manager who can bridge product, marketing, sales, and customer insights to accelerate business growth. Role Overview As a Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will own how our products are positioned, marketed, and scaled. You will work directly with the Founder to understand our products, customers, and business goals. Your responsibility is to transform product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions while driving customer acquisition through performance marketing and funnel optimization. - Define and refine product positioning.
- Identify ideal customer personas and target segments.
- Develop compelling messaging for different investor profiles.
- Translate product features into customer benefits.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research.
- Analyze competitors and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Build product launch strategies for new features and products.
- Improve product adoption through better communication.
- Create pricing and offer positioning strategies. Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
- Improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels.
- Create retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Optimize audience targeting and campaign performance.

- Improve webinar messaging and structure.
