Role Overview: We are looking for a

highly driven, intellectually curious, and hands-on Product Manager who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments and enjoys

building products and solutions from the ground up . We are looking for a

builder at heart —someone who can take an evolving idea, bring structure to ambiguity, connect business and technology, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into scalable, impactful products.

• Own the product lifecycle from

concept to execution , including discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, development, and launch.

• Build products and capabilities

from scratch (0→1) in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Translate complex business problems into clear

product requirements, user stories, workflows, and actionable roadmaps .

• Collaborate closely with

engineering, design, data, technology, and business teams to drive product development.

• Break down complex and ambiguous problems using

structured thinking and first-principles problem-solving .

• Define product priorities by balancing

business impact, user needs, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability .

• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure effective execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and optimization.
• Take complete ownership of outcomes and proactively navigate challenges with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
• Proven experience in

building products, platforms, or complex solutions from scratch .

• Strong

analytical, structured, and first-principles thinking .

• Ability to quickly understand

complex concepts and interconnected systems .

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in

ambiguity .

• Strong experience working with

engineering and technical teams .

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• A strong sense of

ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and bias for action .

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both the problem and solution may evolve.
