Role Description The Product Manager role at AI CERTs® is a remote, contract position responsible for leading the lifecycle of AI and blockchain certification products from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Day-to-day activities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as curriculum development, engineering, marketing, and sales. The Product Manager conducts market and user research to identify opportunities, validates product hypotheses, and ensures offerings are aligned with the needs of learners, enterprise clients, and partners. This role also involves monitoring product performance, analyzing data-driven insights, coordinating go-to-market plans, and iterating on features to enhance learner experience and business impact. Salary upto : 80k

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and lifecycle management for digital or education technology products.
• Experience with market research, user research, and data analysis to inform product decisions and measure product performance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate go-to-market activities.
• Familiarity with AI, blockchain, or related emerging technologies, and an interest in certification, upskilling, or education ecosystems.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in EdTech, professional training, or certification programs is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with agile or iterative product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, product analytics platforms).
