Product Manager

To drive the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the Structured Cabling portfolio, ensuring competitive positioning, revenue growth, and alignment with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for copper, fibre, and passive networking solutions.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market analysis, competition benchmarking, and customer requirement studies to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Product Development:
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Vendors to design, develop, and enhance product offerings.
• Lifecycle Management:
• Manage complete product lifecycle including introduction, pricing, GTM planning, phase-out, and inventory management.
• Sales Enablement:
• Provide technical/product training to sales teams, channel partners, and customers. Support key deals with product expertise.
• Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with marketing to create product documentation, catalogues, datasheets, and promotional materials.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
• Liaise with OEM/ODM partners for sourcing, quality assurance, and timely product availability.
• Compliance & Certification:
• Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and certifications (ISO, UL, ETL, TIA/EIA).

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of Structured Cabling Systems (Copper & Fiber).
• Understanding of passive network infrastructure and data centre cabling standards.
• Product lifecycle management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, R&D, supply chain, and vendors.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom/IT) or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in product management within networking, structured cabling, or passive infrastructure domain.
• Certification in cabling standards (preferred).
