Product Manager

Job role overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager to drive the product strategy, NPD and Lifecycle Management of our pneumatic products. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals. The candidate should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, market understanding, customer orientation, and business acumen to act as a bridge between customers, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and Management. Technical Skills: 1. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and industrial standards. 2. Familiarity with CAD/PLM/ERP systems in desirable. 3. Experience / Understanding of Pneumatic products & systems and other industrial automation products & applications, will be an added advantage. Business Skills: 1. Product Lifecycle Management 2. Market Analysis 3. Pricing and profitability analysis 4. Business care preparation Soft Skills: 1. Strong communication and presentation skills 2. customer-oriented mindset 3. Analytical and problem-solving ability 4. Leadership and stakeholder management 5. Ability to work cross-functionally Responsibilities: 1. Conducting market research and competitive analysis 2. Defining product strategy and roadmap 3. Product definition 4. Collaborate with engineering team to develop and launch new products 5. Collaborate with marketing and sales team to device go-to-market strategies 6. Market & customer engagement for analyzing product performance and for identifying new opportunities 7. Product Lifecycle Management. Qualification & Experience : B.E in Mechanical/EEE.E&I/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
