The role requires strong product thinking, solutioning, team leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and GTM support. This is not a hands-on backlog ownership role; instead, the candidate will guide Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure product capabilities are well-defined, client-ready, and commercially relevant.
Role Context Support AI-enabled solutions across content operations, intelligence, review, reuse, lifecycle management, metadata, workflow automation, and enterprise content platforms. Operate within a B2B environment where products evolve based on client needs, delivery learnings, and AI/GenAI capabilities.

1 Product Direction
- Understand customer pain points and market needs in pharma content workflows.
- Translate business needs into product themes, MVP scope, and roadmap inputs.
- Guide teams in detailing requirements, workflows, and documentation.
- Review outputs (requirements, demos, documentation) for quality and relevance.
- Ensure scalable, practical, client-aligned solutions.
2 Team Management & Execution
- Lead an 8–10 member team (POs, BAs, delivery resources).
- Break complex asks into clear workstreams with ownership and timelines.
- Drive clarity on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
- Review outputs before stakeholder/client exposure.
- Build accountability and mentor teams on product thinking and execution.
3 Product Development Oversight
- Oversee lifecycle from concept to adoption and improvement.
- Align with technology teams on product direction.
- Contribute to roadmap, prioritization, and release decisions.
- Identify gaps in usability, scalability, and client readiness.
- Incorporate delivery feedback into product enhancements.
4 GTM & Commercialization
- Support positioning, demos, proposals, and sales enablement.
- Develop capability decks, POVs, and solution narratives.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams for client-specific solutions.
- Articulate value, differentiation, and measurable outcomes.
5 Delivery & Client Support
- Support pilots, implementations, and scaling initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and solution discussions.
- Ensure clear execution plans for client commitments.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early.
- Convert client learnings into reusable assets and frameworks.
6 Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge across product, tech, delivery, and client teams.
- Simplify complex AI/tech concepts for business stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and support leadership conversations.
- Gather structured feedback to improve solutions.
7 Product Success
- Define success metrics (adoption, efficiency, quality, business impact).
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
- Build reusable playbooks, documentation, and frameworks.
Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in product management, solutioning, BA, or consulting (B2B tech).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured execution.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong product lifecycle understanding.
- Excellent communication (client-facing and written).
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution discipline.
Preferred
- Life sciences/pharma domain experience.
- Knowledge of content workflows, DAM/CMS, or content platforms.
- Understanding of GenAI (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI workflows).
- Exposure to GTM, RFPs, demos, and solution decks.
- Experience mentoring teams.
