Product Manager

Key Purpose of the Role: The Product Manager – E-Business will own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and performance of BiofuelCircle's digital commerce products. The role is responsible for driving marketplace growth, improving customer experience, increasing transaction volumes, and building profitable digital products that create value for buyers, sellers, logistics and financial partners. This role combines Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Commercial Ownership to ensure that digital products deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Ownership.
• Own the product roadmap for BiofuelCircle's E-Business portfolio.
• Define product vision aligned with company strategy and market opportunities.
• Prioritize product definition based on customer value and business impact.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to maturity.
• Continuously improve user experience and product adoption.

What Key Tasks will be involved? Product Portfolio Management Manage and enhance digital offerings including:

• Seller’ Marketplace.
• Buyer Supply Portal.
• Auctions.
• Price Discovery.
• Trade Services.
• Trade Finance.
• Delivery Services.
• Discovery Services.
• Drive profitability, pricing strategy, and product performance across the portfolio.
• Develop ecosystem.

Customer & Market Insights

• Understand buyer, seller, and ecosystem partner needs.
• Build customer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor offerings.
• Translate insights into product improvements.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead successful product launches by:

• Developing GTM plans.
• Product positioning.
