About this role
Role Overview This role will own end-to-end product execution across one or more segments, driving
growth, retention, and BAU outcomes. The PM will work on initiatives spanning buyers, sellers, and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own E2E product roadmap and execution for assigned segment
- Drive buyer and seller success through operational stability (BAU)
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements
- Work closely with internal engineering, business, ops, and external partners
- Track and improve success metrics such as adoption, conversion, retention, and order success rates
Relevant Past Experience (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in
product management across e-commerce, marketplaces, or platform products
- Prior experience in e-commerce companies
- Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:
- Buyer/seller funnels and commerce workflows
- Loyalty, rewards, subscriptions, or growth loops
- Ops-heavy or assisted user journeys
- Platform or API-led product ecosystems
Core Skills
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution rigor
- Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-evolving environments
- Comfortable in understanding and explaining APIs and API structures
- Motivation to do something for the country
