Role - Product Manager - TMS

Loc - Gurgaon What is TMS? A transportation management system (TMS) is a logistics platform that uses technology to help businesses plan, execute, and optimize the physical movement of goods (inbound and outbound). It provides visibility into day-to-day transportation operations, ensures regulatory/ trade compliance and associated documentation, and tracks the timely delivery of freight and goods. TMS also streamlines the shipping process and makes it easier for businesses to manage and optimize their transportation operations. We are seeking an AI First Product Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The role is an inherent blend of technology, product management, and product marketing. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy getting your hands dirty, and thrive on end-to-end ownership.

Expectations from a PM:

• Owns discovery & build of features
• Develops and ships production code via AI-assisted tools (Kiro); submits all changes as PRs
• Conducts customer discovery, starts with high-level specs and translates insights directly — but everything is documented before productionizing
• Thinks in systems, reusable abstractions, APIs, workflows, and operational scalability — not just feature delivery
• Owns product analytics, workflow QA, release notes, GTM, pilot customers, and competitive intelligence
• Owns feature correctness, rollout quality, customer adoption, and feature-level metrics in production
• Escalates architectural questions to dev before building; treats review feedback as blocking

What we are looking for:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering from a Tier-I institute
• 2+ years of product management experience in Enterprise-grade SaaS products/ supply chain organization
• Hands on experience of building products using AI tools
• Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role
