Job Description

• Own and manage product backlog, sprint cycles, and release planning
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements
• Drive product adoption through data analysis and continuous iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and customer success teams
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user validation
• Work closely with data science teams to integrate AI opportunities
• Track performance using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or FullStory
• Ensure intuitive product design and seamless user experience
• Align product strategy with customer workflows and market needs

The Successful Applicant A Successful Product Manager Should Have

• 7-10 years in product management, including B2B SaaS exposure
• Strong experience managing Scrum teams and product lifecycle
• Skilled in product analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Good understanding of AI concepts and product integration opportunities
• Strong technical acumen (APIs, system architecture basics)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive product outcomes and mentor teams
