About Us KoreFi is built by the founding team behind Karbon Card — a fintech company trusted by over 2,000 businesses for global payments, corporate cards, and forex solutions. After years building financial infrastructure at Karbon Card, we saw a gap: restaurant owners in the US were being underserved by generalist accountants who didn't understand the industry. Credits were missed. Books were messy. Nobody was looking out for the owner. KoreFi brings the same operator-first approach to restaurant accounting — combining AI-powered analysis with restaurant-specialist CPAs to find money you didn't know you were owed.
Job Summary: We're looking for a highly ownership-driven Product Manager to build and scale products for our Third-Party Delivery (3PD) business. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business to solve high-impact problems that directly improve restaurant profitability and operational efficiency. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution across revenue recovery, business intelligence, operational excellence, and menu optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data, automation, and AI to build practical, scalable solutions that simplify operations and unlock growth for restaurants.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Leakage Detection & Recovery: Build products that identify revenue leakages and chargebacks across 3PD platforms, automate reconciliation, detect patterns, and enable recovery workflows.
- Unified Business Dashboard: Create a consolidated view of restaurant performance by bringing together orders, revenue, fees, ratings, and operational metrics across multiple delivery platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Build systems that proactively identify operational gaps such as menu sync issues, downtime, missed orders, and customer engagement opportunities. Leverage AI to generate actionable, restaurant-specific recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce revenue loss.
- Menu Intelligence & Growth: Develop intelligent tools for menu optimization, pricing experimentation, campaign analysis, and data-driven recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
Must have requirements:
- 0 to 1 product building: Has shipped at least one product from scratch — ideally in a startup or new-initiative context
- Shipping track record: Has owned discovery, spec, eng collaboration, launch, iteration. Not a PM who only wrote PRDs
- Data-led decision making: Comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL or no-code tools fine), building hypotheses, and validating with numbers
- Problem structuring: Can take an ambiguous situation and break it into first principles
- User empathy + ops thinking: Understands restaurant operators — their daily pressures, how they use data
- AI tools: Experience with AI tools to design prototypes rather than waiting for eng team bandwidth
