Product Manager

Responsibilities

• KRA: Generate Deep Market Insights: Immerse yourself in understanding market trends, competition, and user needs. Your insights will drive our product strategies and innovation. Analyze industry movements and predict future trends to keep our products ahead of the curve.
• Elevate High-Utility Products: Take part in the development and expansion of our high-utility products, ensuring they reach new heights of excellence. Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements to maintain our reputation for outstanding products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and more. Your collaborative efforts will ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies. Engage in brainstorming sessions, contribute to project planning, and see your ideas come to life.
• KPI: Net promoter score of responsible products, Churn rate of responsible products, Tech process health metrics (Sprint Completion %, Due Date Achievement %).

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Coding/Programming.
• Crisp and clear Oral and Written communication.
• Basic understanding of Data Analytics.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX Design.
• BTech and MBA.

Good To Have

• Experience in UI/UX Design (tool knowledge: Figma).
