Product Manager

Why This Role Exists We're building an integrated platform that powers our clients and our business through three connected products:

• HRMS 24×7 – HRMS & EOR platform for CPA firms to manage offshore teams, HR, jobs, and billing.
• Team Hub – Internal platform for delivery and people operations.
• ERP Core – The central system connecting clients, employees, services, finance, HR, IT, and operations. You'll ensure these products work seamlessly together while driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workflows across HRMS, Team Hub, and ERP Core.
• Drive product improvements in billing, service delivery, HR operations, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and analytics for leadership and business teams.
• Create clear PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and CPA clients.
• Identify practical AI use cases that improve productivity and user experience.
• Deliver iterative product releases with a strong focus on data accuracy and user impact.

What We're Looking For

• 5–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, HRMS, FinTech, or operations platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational data and SQL (reading level).
• Experience building workflow-driven products where accuracy matters (HR, Finance, Billing, Compliance).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with both business leaders and engineering teams.
