Product Manager

About the role- The Product Manager will be the single owner of the product lifecycle for the Rhodium Impera Group and all entities under it — Rhodium Impera International Limited, Rembrandt Global Solutions Limited, and Life Technology Solutions and Services Limited — from requirements definition through to post-launch validation, post-live management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & experience Essential • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • 4–6 years of experience in product management, preferably within a technology, fintech, e-commerce, or digital services company. • Proven track record of owning PRDs and delivering products from concept to launch. • Strong experience in feature definition, backlog management, and roadmap planning. • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional environments, managing relationships across commercial, design, engineering, and operations teams. • Solid understanding of product validation, UAT processes, and release management. • Experience working on or for products deployed in multiple global markets.
