The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketing and technology products—from initial discovery and definition through to launch and continuous iteration. You will act as the bridge between our clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every product supports our mission to decode, design, and dominate on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the complete product lifecycle for marketing and technology products, guiding them from ideation to successful launch.
- Roadmap & Strategy: Gather and prioritize requirements, translating client and internal stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, performance marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Agile Management: Facilitate agile ceremonies, actively manage and prioritize backlogs, and coordinate successful product releases.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and analyze user behavior and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Core Product Skills: Strong foundational product management abilities, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization.
- Agile Experience: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, engineering, data) in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, user insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic product decisions and measure overall impact.
- Industry Background: Experience with digital products, marketing technology (MarTech), or within an agency environment, including familiarity with campaign and performance workflows.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with product management platforms, analytics dashboards, and collaboration software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills, with a talent for aligning diverse perspectives and solving complex problems.
- Remote Work Competence: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a global, diverse, and inclusive team culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are a plus.
