Product Manager

Principal Responsibilities: Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs Establishes pricing strategies Interacts with Sales, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s) Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments Acts as technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree required Rich experience in Corrosion resistant coatings & pretreatment. Key account management Advance troubleshooting concepts 15+ years of related experience Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand Must be able to exchange accurate information
