About this role
Product Manager : Distribution Unsecured Loans
Role Overview Driving end-to-end Product Distribution strategy, Business Planning, and Sales Transformation for the Unsecured Loans portfolio. Responsible for channel strategy, business analytics, sales enablement, productivity enhancement, incentive design, portfolio governance, and cross-functional program execution. Partner with senior leadership and support functions to launch new business initiatives, optimize operational processes, improve profitability, and accelerate sustainable business growth across multiple distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning and Strategy: Ø Implement and monitor zonal and regional sales targets aligned with banks’ quarterly and annual business goals and channel mix strategy. Ø Drive achievement of business targets by establishing effective tracking and monitoring mechanisms. Ø Coordinate with the multiple teams to implement a various report-card frameworks based on qualitative performance parameters for channel tracking Ø Track cross-sell targets and achievements in coordination with the stake-holders,
- Channel Management – Internal & External Ø Design and regularly publish MIS reports that provide comprehensive insights into branch performance, productivity, and sales trends across all channels. Collaborate with the BIU team to automate MIS reports and dashboards wherever feasible. Ø Innovate on the existing MISs to improve reporting and provide unique data insights to central and sales supervisor for efficient decision making
- Resource Productivity and Cost Management Ø Design and optimize payout structures by balancing business objectives, partner earnings, and cost of acquisition through financial simulations. Ø Develop and review incentive structures for sales teams to ensure sales productivity is aligned with business objectives. Ø Vendor Management : Ensure optimal management of the out-sourced team frame-work, viz., performance tracking including recruiting, separation etc
- Lead Management: Ø Collaborate with Branch constituents and Sales teams to maximize lead generation and conversion. Ø Identify and eliminate friction in lead flow and ensure quality of leads Ø Strengthen lead management discipline by monitoring Untouched, Open, and WIP leads and driving timely follow-up and conversion. Ø Ensure proper resource mapping across branches so that all leads are appropriately assigned and no lead remains unattended.
- Marketing & Sales enablement: Ø Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement material and campaigns aimed at driving business growth. Ø Conceptualize and coordinate the creation of various creatives, emailers, standees, brochures, and leaflets to support sales outreach and customer engagement. Ø Ensure all channels (digital, non-digital etc) are used optimally for Unsecured Loan out-reach.
