The Role We are hiring a Product Lead to own product strategy and execution across our Hospitality SaaS platform. You will work directly with founders, engineering, and design teams to drive the growth of our existing products while also leading the development of new products and features from 0→1. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has experience both scaling successful products and building new ones from the ground up.

What You Will Do • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution in close collaboration with founders • Own products end-to-end - from 0→1 ideation through launch, iteration, and scale • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-quality products • Translate customer insights and data into prioritized product decisions • Lead stakeholder communication and alignment across the organization • Drive product adoption, engagement, and business impact through continuous improvement

Who We Are Looking For • 2+ years of product management experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies • Prior experience building or scaling SaaS products; experience in hospitality technology is a strong plus • Strong track record of owning products from ideation to launch and iteration • Strong product sense, user empathy, and data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in fast-paced environments • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive execution • Based in Bengaluru and open to working from our HSR Layout office If you are excited about building products that matter, and working at the intersection of AI and marketing, we would love to hear from you.
