Product Manager

Noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon’s mission: Every door, every day.

What you'll do:

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain and fulfillment operations through technology.
• Work with stakeholders to understand problems, define solutions, and prioritize the right initiatives.
• Own product features from idea to launch and continuously improve them based on performance and feedback.
• Analyze data to understand business performance, identify bottlenecks, and measure impact.
• Define clear product requirements and work closely with Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Track key metrics and ensure product investments drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives across inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.

What you'll need:

• 1–5 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to make decisions.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Experience in E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Marketplace businesses is a plus.
