Job Description What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI features — from idea to prototype to production
• Translate abstract ideas into working products in hours or days (not weeks)
• Collaborate closely with engineers who code faster than most people can spec
• Talk to users, read between the lines, and turn chaos into clarity
• Work directly with leadership (including the CPTO) on product strategy
• Balance speed with quality — build fast, but don’t break trust

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving tech companies
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g. LLMs, GPT-based tools, recommendations, vision, NLP)
• You’re fluent in how models work — transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.
• Comfortable working with engineering — maybe you even prototype yourself
• Strong product sense — you know when to ask “why,” and when to say “ship it”

Bonus Points If You

• Have an engineering degree from a Tier 1 college
• Have worked in a zero-to-one or founding team setup
• Read AI papers for fun and know what “RAG” means without googling
