Role Overview As a Product Manager (AI) at Darwix AI, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered features—from problem discovery to product delivery and iteration. You will work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and enterprise customers to build scalable AI products that drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in high-ownership environments and are passionate about building cutting-edge AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product modules across AI-driven features such as voice-to-text transcription, summarization, RAG, and real-time nudges
• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for assigned areas
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features
• Drive product decisions using data—track KPIs like accuracy, latency, adoption, and user engagement
• Conduct deep market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities
• Lead product launches, pilot programs, and enterprise onboarding
• Work closely with Sales & Customer Success to gather feedback and iterate rapidly
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality in a fast-paced startup environment

You Will Work With

• AI Engineers building STT, RAG, and GenAI pipelines
• Designers crafting intuitive user experiences
• Sales & Customer Success teams deploying solutions to enterprise clients
• Founders and leadership shaping long-term product strategy

Requirements & Qualifications Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI/tech/startups
• Prior experience building or contributing to AI/ML-based products is highly preferred Skills
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, APIs)
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership mindset with execution focus Bonus Points
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar
• Hands-on exposure to APIs, data analytics, or experimentation frameworks
• Startup or 0→1 product experience
