About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our products. This role is strictly focused on

core Product Management and is best suited for professionals who have owned product vision, product outcomes, customer discovery, prioritization, and product growth.

Please Note: This is

not a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner-only role. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on requirement gathering, project coordination, sprint management, or stakeholder communication without direct product ownership may not be a fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and validation to launch and optimization.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize product features using data, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement metrics, and business outcomes.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and validation through user interviews and data analysis.
• Make informed product decisions based on customer insights, analytics, and market trends.
• Lead product launches and continuously optimize product performance post-launch.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

Product Management with demonstrated ownership of products and product outcomes.

• Proven experience building, launching, and scaling software products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product discovery, roadmap planning, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define product success metrics and drive measurable business impact.
• Experience working with B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, FinTech, Cybersecurity, AI, or Digital Products is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and growth methodologies.
• Experience creating PRDs, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
• Understanding of modern software development practices and product-led growth principles.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or Product Management certifications will be an added advantage.
